Refund policy

Effective September 3, 2026. The goal: you should never pay for something that did not work for you.

The 14-day trial

Every competitor seat starts with 14 days free. A card is required so tracking continues without a gap when the trial ends. Cancel any time inside the 14 days and you are never charged. Tracking your own company never involves a card at all.

Cancel any time

After the trial, cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. Your dashboard stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, and the history already collected stays in your account. No cancellation fees, no notice period.

Prorated, automatically

Billing follows the number of competitors you track. Remove a competitor mid-period and the unused portion is credited against your next invoice; add one and you pay only for the remainder of the period.

Never charged for a competitor we can't track

Before a competitor is billed we confirm we can actually read their booking calendar. If we cannot — unsupported platform, calendar hidden behind a login, no public departures — the seat is never billed. If tracking later stops for a reason on our side (their platform changes, they ask to be removed, our reader breaks), we stop billing that seat and credit the time it was not working.

Refund of the current period on request

If the product is not what you expected, email taylor@bookingcomp.com within 7 days of a charge and we refund that charge in full — monthly or annual — no questions asked beyond what would have made it useful. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days.

What we cannot refund

Charges older than 7 days for periods you had access to, and accounts closed for breaking the Terms (republishing competitor figures, impersonating an operator).

How to ask: email taylor@bookingcomp.com from your account address with the word “refund” in the subject. A human — Taylor — reads it, usually the same day.
